Optical Dispenser looking to move to an upmarket practice

About the role and company
This is an excellent opportunity for an optical dispenser looking for a change.


This fun, busy, funky independent practice, with 1 optom, is looking for a staff member who enjoys customer service and sales and has a desire to work with high end fashion frames.

This role is with a well-known and well-respected practice that provides job security and a great team environment.


If you are not Cert IV qualified, the employer will be willing to provide you with training and further education by offering to support you to undertake optical dispenser Cert IV.

Hours:
This is a 38 hour per week role 10 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. including Saturday and one day off per week.


Duties:


  • Assist customers select eyewear, both frames &lenses, sunglasses and accessories
  • Pretesting
  • Reception & phone bookings.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in optical dispensing
    (mandatory):
  • Proven sales skills
  • Great attitude
  • Excellent presentation
  • A desire to continue your career in optics
