Our client within Local Government is seeking an Enrolment Officer to join their Kids' Early Learning department in Seven Hills.
**$37.40 per hour

Full time or part time
9 a.m 5 p.m
Seven Hills, Sydney**
The role:
Serve and enroll new customers into our childcare and early learning programs
Coordinate the enrollment process by liaising with staff, customers, and management
Ensure enrollment targets are met in line with operational plans

Key responsibilities:

Process enrollment inquiries and convert waitlist customers into enrollments
Provide information and advice to customers to match them with suitable programs
Work with the enrollment team to maximize enrollment potential

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in business, administration or childcare are desirable
Knowledge of early childhood legislation and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Experience with childcare software

**This is a 3 month contract role with potential for an ongoing position. They are looking for either a full time (5 days) or part time (minimum 3 days) Enrolment Officer to start immediately.
