_ Play an integral role in the health industry We are looking for a Recruitment Support Officer to join our Recruitment or Recruitment Marketing Specialist teams._

About your new job:


The Recruitment Support Officer is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of quality services to the HR Corporate unit, specifically the recruitment team.


  • You'll work closely with a team of Recruitment Officers, Senior Recruitment Officers, Recruitment Marketing Specialists, and other key recruitment stakeholders supporting them in the effective delivery of services to our Hiring Managers across our Health District.
  • We have multiple positions available and are looking for people who are either interested in recruitment or recruitment marketing support.
  • Immediate start with a wonderful opportunity to join our team.
  • Temporary opportunities available full time or part time hours

A typical day supporting the Recruitment Marketing Specialist would see you:
Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote current vacancies and increase HNELHD's brand visibility


This involves:

  • Reviewing past campaigns, analysing what worked and what didn't so that you can finetune your strategy.
  • Create eyecatching designs on Canva while adhering our branding guidelines.
  • Writing engaging captions that grab the reader's attention.
  • Generating trackable unique URLs and Bitly links.
  • Scheduling posts to Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms.
  • You will receive training on targeting and ad performance goals.
  • Creating community engagement by responding to any comments.
  • Review campaign results and offer creative recommendations to improve your results.
  • You will also have the opportunity to support the team in the planning and coordinating events.

A typical day supporting the Greater Recruitment Unit will see you responsible for general administrative tasks:

  • Uploading documents into employee personnel files.
  • Answering phones and assisting with general enquiries.
  • Supporting the Recruiters at key points in the recruitment process.
  • Extracting and formatting employment check information into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Auditing recruitment folders and ensuring documentation is uploaded into the ROB system.

About you:


You may be someone interested in pursuing a career in Recruitment in public health or have a keen interest in Marketing and are looking for a good starting point.
