Key responsibilities:


  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reviews
  • Prospect into existing strategic/enterprise accounts to proactively find new opportunities
  • Crosssell/upsell the product portfolio across Maligun by Sinch and entire Sinch omnichannel portfolio
  • Plan and partner with Enterprise account resources such as Technical Account Managers, Technical Sales resources, product, finance, and other cross functional teams
  • Handle complex strategic/enterprise sales funnels from beginning to end
  • Manage the Enterprise and Strategic customer Lifecyle journey, including onboarding, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checkin/customer engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast account growth monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally a SaaS or technology organisation would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience handling existing accounts, large accounts, key strategic or enterprise AE roles
  • Demonstrated experience with hunting net new or business development in existing accounts, with quota bearing components that you are accountable for
  • A demonstrated consistent history of results in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex, enterprise and/or ecosystem sales processes
  • Experience in using Excel/Google sheets, Salesforce, or another CRM
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Team player with a strategic mindset
