Chadstone Toyota, a reputable, customer-focused automotive dealership, seeks a highly motivated and skilled Dealership Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team.

As the Dealership Accounts Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our dealership while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

About the role:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the dealership, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims on time while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Service and Parts departments to reconcile vehicle sales and service records, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing valuable insights to the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to billing, payments, and account balances in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industryrelated financial regulations and best practices, implementing any necessary changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

About you:

• Proven dealership experience in Accounts
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
