Temp to Perm role, 4-days per week

We are seeking a 4-day per week Administration Officer with a positive customer service focus and computer savvy.

You must be available to work between Maitland and Newcastle sites when required.


The Role Requirements:

  • Experienced general administration and reception duties
  • Good communications, both written and verbal
  • Proficient MS Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Organising doctors daily run sheet
  • Documentation for patient records
  • Invoicing and taking payments from customers (MYOB experience desirable)
  • Administering drug and alcohol testing
  • Setting up audiometry testing
  • Clean and tidy the waiting room area

  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Ability to work across multiple sites
Starting as a temp, this role will convert to perm part-time after a successful probationary period


Hours are 9am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and doctors can run late so the ability to work post 5pm is essential.

Starting casual rate $32.35 per hour
