Temp to Perm role, 4-days per week- Busy and interesting work environment

You must be available to work between Maitland and Newcastle sites when required.
The Role Requirements:
- Experienced general administration and reception duties
- Good communications, both written and verbal
- Proficient MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Organising doctors daily run sheet
- Documentation for patient records
- Invoicing and taking payments from customers (MYOB experience desirable)
- Administering drug and alcohol testing
- Setting up audiometry testing
- Clean and tidy the waiting room area
- Highly organised
- Speed and accuracy at the core
- Customer focused
- Tact & Discretion handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Ability to work across multiple sites
Hours are 9am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and doctors can run late so the ability to work post 5pm is essential.
