Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Hotel, Zephyr is a luxury sky bar that's risen above the rest with unrivalled views across Darling Harbour.

Zephyr is a 260-person capacity venue that offers a beverage selection that is approachable yet unique with guests being able to sip on the perfect cocktail or choose from a range of signature creations.

Your role as an Outlet Operations Manager at Zephyr Bar, would be to orchestrate a harmonious workflow through offering constant support to the wonderful Zephyr Bar team, as well as maintaining the continuous success achieved at the Bar through the years it has been operating.

A big part of your role will be managing the team from rosters, training, ordering and stock control.

The role will be perfect for someone who has a friendly charismatic personality, who is able to think quickly to solve problems and can work within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Maximising employee productivity through training, multiskilling, and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals and guest expectations.
Monitoring and analysing the trends of outlets and competitor restaurants and bars and make appropriate recommendations to Senior Management.
Spending time in public areas observing employee/guest interactions, gaining feedback from guests, and working with Managers to coach employees in guest service skills.

To be successful you must have:

Proven experience managing a high-volume cocktail bar
Experienced in all facets of bar operations, with sound beverage product knowledge
Impeccable attention to detail and presentation skills
Strong financial acumen with previous experience
A positive and respectful style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team
Excellent communication, multitasking and problemsolving skills
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and full Australian working rights
