DYR pride ourselves on providing a safe and quality service to our clients, which includes shop detailing, fabrication, surface treatment, site installations and ongoing maintenance support.

The Role:

DYR are seeking a fabrication supervisor to lead our Harvey workshop.


Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction or manufacturing.
• Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills with an eagerness to learn and coach those around you.
• Advanced computer skills experience with Microsoft office including strong skills in MS project.
• Review and execute project contracts.
• Experience with StruM.I.S is highly regarded, however not required.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage projects from $2M to $15M.
• Review and execute project contracts.
• Manage fabrication, surface treatment and site installation packages.
• Prepare and maintain MS Project schedules and ensure works remain on time and within budget.
• Review handover from estimator and advise on contract and scope departures.
• RFQ's to suppliers and contractors ensuring proposal meet project specifications.
• Prepare project reports and forecasts.
• Manage the project schedule and work with stakeholders to ensure schedule is inline with overall program.
• Undertake site inspections/visits.

Salary:
$ $46.47 per hour

• 10 hour shift
