    Our client is a leading Australian boutique stockbroking firm with a unique focused approach, fostering extraordinary outcomes for both clients and stakeholders. Our client has a long-standing prominent profile in building strong corporate relationships especially with small and mid-cap Australian companies, across the mining and industrial sectors.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a well-established HNW Private Client Advisor to connect their clients with priority equity capital market access, and be paid a high commission on equity flow revenue. This position is based in their Sydney or Melbourne offices, alongside the ECM and Advisory team, to connect private clients with exclusive equity markets deal-flow.

    Our client is seeking to hire motivated, ethically-sound HNW Private Client Equity Advisors to join a well-established team of equity markets advisory, execution and corporate finance professionals, to grow their network. Alongside existing client relationships, you will also be a highly dedicated and accomplished Equities Dealer with expertise in value-add client service and considerable experience dealing in Australian equities. You will have strong relationships with niche groups of High Net Worth Individual clients and be capable of working with a team of competent professionals.

    Proven experience in building private client relationships within a specific professional or regional network in Sydney or Melbourne would be ideal. A proven track record of managing client money within a financial advisory capacity is preferred, and our client will pay a premium for existing relationships and revenue that can quickly transition with you to join the firm.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
    • At least 5 to 10 years' of direct HNW equity markets private client advisory experience
    • Strong ethical alignment to generate revenue and deliver superior outcome for your clients
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
