Due to our growth, we are looking for a new Training and Relationship Manager (TRM) to join us here at HUB24.

This role is responsible for servicing existing and newly won client's training development needs and providing a support function to adviser practices through all levels of their business.


Although the primary relationship rests with the HUB24 Business Development Manager (BDM) the (TRM) works collaboratively to support the principals, advisers and support staff of HUB24 clients.

Ongoing administrative and service queries will be addressed by the HUB24 Client Service Team.


This role will work from our Sydney office, we have a hybrid working model, 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for the training and development of HUB24 clients
  • Promote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 business and its distribution support base
  • Collaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM's to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are delivered to the broadest range of advisers who work with HUB2
  • Work with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high quality training material and programs are delivered
  • Be jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM's and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clients
  • Proactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipeline
  • Provide input to BDM's on new business development opportunities that are identified within adviser practices

What you'll need to be successful:

  • You must have a deep understanding of platform functionality and the financial services industry, preferably having worked for a wealth platform
  • Have excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Be selfmotivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Work autonomously but also enjoys collaborating with others
  • Have strong business acumen and be innovative in finding solutions
  • Have a high level of technology competency
