ABOUT THE ROLE


The role of the Manager of HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics is to manage and mature HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support the delivery of our business plan and mandate (services).

This will enable data-driven insights that inform people's decisions, processes, and strategies.

Reporting to the Group Manager HR Strategy, Performance & Culture, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with the ERP team to manage HR Information Systems (functional design and end-user experience)

Lead core governance routines for the HR function including the HR Governance Forum

Lead and drive the readiness for SAP S/4HANA Horizon 2


ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience and capability in leading large-scale business change or technology transformation

Working with ambiguity and navigating complex problems in large global organizations

Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues at all levels


Qualifications for this position are:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or a related field
