Working nationally across the Dan Murphy's and BWS 1,700 store network, this role will partner with key business leaders on recruitment strategies for Wine Merchants, Drinks Specialists and Regional recruitment across Australia.


As a highly passionate Talent Strategist, you are the curator of strategic and sustainable partnerships with the business leaders to understand current and future strategic plans and capability, creating prioritised & sequenced attraction and sourcing plans to attract the best, critical &/or scarce talent segments to deliver the Retail Brands strategic initiatives.


The role:


  • You will support our business by providing attraction, sourcing, talent and market insights while partnering closely with our innovative recruiters and business leaders.
  • Responsible for partnering with the business using data and insights to develop sustainable talent demand forecast plans & building attraction and sourcing plans to attract top talent
  • Responsible for championing with the leaders to co create & implement diversity and inclusion approaches and plans for hiring top talent

The YOU:


You are a data driven, flexible partner who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.

Your past experience and proven success working in a full life cycle talent acquisition function will ensure your success in this role.


  • YOU are creative in your approach to TA and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving
  • YOU bring courage to challenge the status quo and think differently with tough to find talent segments
  • YOU have previous experience in dealing with regional and remote recruitment campaigns and specialist vacancies
  • YOU have knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques and the ability to communicate these clearly and succinctly
  • YOU have strong attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • YOU have a positive can do attitude that complements being part of a team where our culture means everything
