About the Role
Through BHP's Future Fit Academy we are providing a nationally standardised curriculum for trade apprenticeships and maintenance traineeships. Campuses have been established in Forrestfield in Perth and Mackay in Queensland. They include virtual reality simulation training and full mobile equipment and fixed plant workshops.
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Fitters to come and be part of this amazing opportunity to develop our future workforce at our Forrestfield facility.
About You
Ideally you will possess a number of the following skills and qualifications:
- Experienced in Fixed Plant/Mechanical Fitting-
- Willingness to set example and implement change, as well as influence, coach and model BHP values and behaviours.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role. Diversity of thought and practical experience will be embraced.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across a range of team members and stakeholders.
