Role Outline

One of
Australia's largest, and most beloved, Telecommunications companies is looking to add a
Data Consultant / Customer Reporting Analyst to their team.

This is a
brand new role working with
a key project.

You will be joining a team that will be working on a wide range of fixed and NBN networking projects.

As a
Data Consultant / Customer Reporting Analyst, you will be involved in

Data analysis and presentation
Data wrangling
Taking customer data and providing insights

Skills and experience required:

-
Data analysis experience (ideally in a telco / NBN environment):

Python, R, Tableau or similar:
Customer performance / NPS beneficial
Ability to work with technical data and customer feedback

On offer to the successful applicant is a contract with a
6 month duration and rates on offer of up
$925 per day with a leading mobile telecommunications provider.
