Alliance is a privately owned Western Australian company providing facilities maintenance and staffing solutions to the mining and oil & gas industries.

We are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters to commence at one of WA largest construction projects located in Kwinana.


With project completion due in 2024, these positions provide a great opportunity to secure long term work whilst earning FIFO competitive rates.


  • Perform mechanical repairs and servicing of various civil and workshop plant and machinery.
  • Conduct fault finding for breakdowns.
  • Maintain stock of hydraulic, mechanic, electronic and pneumatic materials.
  • Assemble metal parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.
  • Complete mechanical checklists and weekly inspections of plant and machinery.
  • Conduct marking and lining out.
  • Conduct prestart checks on plant and equipment, hand tools, tooling and equipment prior carrying out the task.
  • Maintain and keep tools and equipment in a safe area. Lock them away or return to store when not required.
  • Comply with industry safety standards and work practices
Follow quality control systems and techniques.


Essential requirements

  • Australian Recognized Trade Certificate
  • Confined Space & Working at Heights
  • White Card, Drivers License


  • HRWL

  • EWP (Desirable)
  • Recent contactable work referees.
  • Ability to pass Pre-Employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.


The current project hours are based on working - Mon to Thurs, 6am - 4.45pm, & Fridays, 6am - 3pm.
