The Role
The global engineering service provider is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their team in Melbourne.

The main purpose for the role is creating a maintenance program that enables the safe and efficient delivery of the contract schedule across renewable assets.

Responsibilities:_
Creating and maintaining a rolling maintenance works program that aligns with the contract scope and asset management plan.
Balance the workflows across multiple work streams over the contract duration. (Scheduled Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Project portfolios).
Provide insight into future inventory, subcontractor, and human resource requirements to facilitate effective procurement activities.
Evaluate all the program risks and put in place alarm mechanisms to anticipate risk of delay for the Worley scope.
Requirements_:
Previous planning and scheduling experience in a large, complex organization
Able to work in a multifunctional team
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to complete multiple projects within nominated time constraints and reporting frequencies
Comfortable working with all levels and functions in a constructive manner to achieve the desired outcomes
Recognized qualification in engineering or project management along with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is desirable
