About this opportunity

The primary purpose of the Member Experience Strategy Lead role is to lead the implementation of Aware's Member Experience Transformation Program in connection with the overall business strategy.

They will lead the design and embedment of Aware's member centric resources, insights and behaviours across the organisation and champion an ideal member experience roadmap for all to strive for, ensuring accountability is assigned for critical journeys and track improvements and member outcomes.

They will drive the business to focus on improvements that will positively impact the member experience and enable stakeholders to prioritise for the member.

They will also shine a light on pain points within critical journeys that need elevation and solutions and drive staff to behave with the member at the heart of what they do / the way they work.

How do you exceed our expectations?
Minimum 10 years' experience in related field;
A strong ability to coach, influence and educate other people within the business/team, building both a passion for insights within the business as well as robust underlying processes;
Strong written and oral communication with strong project management and presentation skills including experience working with senior managers and executives, and the ability to position information and influence outcomes;
The ability to balance visionary, strategic thinking with pragmatism;
Persuasive and adaptive negotiating skills with a strong member focus;
The ability to work through complex commercial problems and evaluate information to establish the best decisions;
An innovative problem solving and decision-making approach with a focus on service delivery excellence and achievement of business objectives; and
Strong Leadership skills, empathy, strong effective communication.
