Description

One of our clients is searching for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team based in their Western Sydney Offices

They are a Tier One contractor in the construction a space that have a well-established and supportive finance team of 8

This is an end to end Accounts Receivable role working closely with the wider team, they have a great company culture and are looking for someone to add to that culture

This role will begin on a temporary basis with the intention of becoming permanent after 6 months

The role:

Handle all aspects of accounts receivable processes, including precise and timely invoicing, payment allocations and collections
Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address customer inquiries, disputes, and billing discrepancies
Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions, prioritising data integrity and confidentiality
Liasing with internal stakeholders and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
Ad-hoc administrative duties and cross function support

Requirements:

Experience within an Accounts Receivable or wider transactional accounting role
Excellent communication skills
Candidates with strong AR and collections experience strongly considered
Experience with large ERP systems
