The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the hiring managers and senior operations and developments team to understand their talent needs and deliver end-to-end acquisition support and talent solutions.
_About your new career:
_
As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate and partner with internal hiring managers for their talent requirements
- Conduct innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging new platforms and social media to tap into passive talent pools and leveraging Employer Branding
- Coordinate the hires of trainees, ensuring completion of regulatory documents and compliance framework
- Continuously develop and improve the recruitment processes
- Report recruitment statistics and key trends on a weekly basis to the leadership team
- May be required to travel interstate
- Hosting recruitment events in the evening alongside other managers
_A little about you:
_
- Demonstrated proficiency in Word Processing, Data Entry, and Excel
- Comprehensive time management, strong communication skills and organisational skills
- Ability to plan and organise work in accordance with priorities
- Ability to meet deadline requirements
- Highly developed clerical and administrative skills
- Sound knowledge of JobAdder is an advantage
- Experience in centre administration
- Early Childhood industry knowledge
