The opportunity to create & expand the partner app ecosystem on a global scale, encompassing over 100 markets
Our client is the 3rd largest

FinTech (SaaS) in the world and is seeking an enthusiastic

Partner Ecosystem Marketing Manager to support the

Director of Sales & Marketing - Global Emerging Markets.
Join this innovative global leader, providing its customers

(SMBs & Self Employed) with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.


What your exciting days will look like:

  • Owning & delivering the App Ecosystem strategy for the global emerging markets portfolio based on insights collected through customer interviews and research.
  • Building partnerships with 3rd party app partners from around the world in categories like
    einvoicing, payments, payroll, inventory, ecommerce, etc. in collaboration with the partnerships team.
  • Analysing and distilling app usage data into actionable insights to determine customer engagement & app bundling strategies.
  • Developing a campaign roadmap & execute gotomarket initiatives across sales & marketing to increase app attach and monetisation of 3rd party apps.
  • Designing and testing innovative endtoend multichannel customer campaigns that add value to your customers' lives.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams; sales, segment marketing, partnerships & customer success to deliver awesome experiences for our customers.
  • Rapidly developing test/learn plans to successfully drive business results and recommendations regarding app partnerships & usage.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Energetic marketing professional with experience in
    Technology, SaaS and/or
    B2B.
  • Experience working with 3rd Party App partners, locally and/or globally.
  • Strategic Thinking ability to create a strategy to scale & monetise app partnerships
  • Customer Centric tenacious about peeling the layers to understand customer behaviour and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point.
  • GTM Experience driving sales & marketing initiatives working crossfunctionally in a matrix organisation.
  • Experimentation mindset demonstrated track record of curiosity, taking ownership of leveraging analytics to build hypotheses and run experiments.
  • Bilingual (preferred) whilst English is the main language of your partners, this role covers over 100+ markets, we'd love to know if you speak another language.
