Service Technician - NSW

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our team.

To be successful you will be a mechanically minded person who has the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Carrying out service and repairs
  • Diagnosing and fault finding
  • Devise test procedures and supervise test activities
  • Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
  • Providing quality customer service at all times
  • Physically and mentally fit for the day to day challenges and continual deadlines
  • You must be able to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, punctuality, reliability and confidentiality at all times

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Current drivers licence
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Background in hydraulics and small engines
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments along with an understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits would be an advantageous, however on the job training will be provided.
