    Travel Health Advisor-(ALE00001R)

    Established in 1987, Travelvax Australia is one of the largest individual suppliers of travel medicine services in Australia. With dedicated clinics in most major centres of Australia, Travelvax Australia is able to provide a consistent high quality service in the discipline of international health and travel medicine.

    We are currently seeking a Travel Health and Admin Officer to join our Sonic HealthPlus Alexandria Clinic, NSW, on a full-time basis, working 38 hours a week. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager Travelvax, this position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to become part of a vibrant team working in the dynamic field of travel health.

    The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

    ·day to day running of the 1300 Call Centre

    ·answering incoming calls and providing general travel health information

    ·managing stationery and store orders

    ·compiling training materials

    ·responding to client, service provider and company queries

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have an "eye' for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients. [Include any other relevant requirements]
