The Role:

With a flexible, supportive and innovative working environment, our PM Assistant roles offer you a pathway into Portfolio Management or additional roles in the business.


As Property Management Assistant, you will be valued as someone who is the backbone of the team, working in partnership with the Operations Manager for PM and all Property Managers to ensure all PM related activities are complete and carried out efficiently.

This role creates the perfect pathway into Portfolio Management and has the potential to open doors to other roles.

This role will initially be based in Darlinghurst with a view to transition into the Lower North Shore office in time.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct incoming, outgoings and routine inspections
  • Assist with preparing associated reports and paperwork to provide timely and valuable feedback
  • Deal with issues in a prompt manner to support the broader business
  • Record and handle keys in accordance with office procedures
  • Key management including organising, cutting and managing keys
  • Work towards property management targets & objectives
  • Ensure punctual attendance for all business commitments
  • Ensure ethical standards and industry codes of conduct are met
  • Assist with ad hoc responsibilities

What you bring to us:

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution and outcome orientated
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Real Estate Experience not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Knowledge of Property Tree is desirable
  • A thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
  • A valid driving license
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
