Tenth Avenue Childcare Inglewood is a small, boutique Centre licensed for a total of 38 children (8x in the Baby Room, 10x in the Toddler Room and 20x in the Kindy Room) and regularly receives praise for the fantastic feeling within it - operating in a renovated, light and bright character home with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, situated in a quiet suburban street.


We are looking for an Assistant Educator who is self-driven, develops amazing relationships with children and families, provides an outstanding learning environment for children, displays the highest professionalism at all times and who enjoy giving lots of cuddles to the children


POSITION:


ASSISTANT EDUCATOR

3-4 DAYS PER WEEK (part time / 17.5 hours)


In this position you will support our Room Leaders in implementing great educational programs and provide quality education and care to the children.


About the role:


  • Parttime,17.
5 hours per week, 3-4 days per week, approximate hours as follows:

Monday 12pm-2pm

Tuesday 8:30am to 5pm

Thursday 10:30am-2:30pm

Friday 10:30am-2:30pm

  • Working closely with the Room Leader to implement educational programs
  • Certificate 3 in Children's Services (or higher)
  • Valid WWCC, First Aid & CPR
  • Some experience is essential
