Produce and deliver high-level analysis to the APAC and Global Leadership team Liaise with external advisers to ensure financial and tax compliance in APAC including annual financial audit/stat accounts, corporate income taxes, GST, and taxes specific to the countries in which we operate Assist the APAC MD, Group Financial Controller, and CFO on ad-hoc projects Skills Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA.CA, CPA or equivalent) and a minimum of 10 years experience in FP&A / Financial Management Ability to demonstrate best practice commercial financial modelling and to coach the team to deliver the same high-quality planning and analysis Experience of evaluating acquisitions Strong background in business partnering roles, utilising strong commercial savvy, providing high level advice and expert analysis on all aspects of business performance and planning to leaders/senior managers with proven success in value add and operational improvement Experience of building new reporting and complex data modelling from scratch Prior experience of guiding, coaching, managing and collaborating with team members within different time zones Resilience to work in a high-growth environment across global locations and working with key global internal customers Good command of Tableau and/or other analytics tools Good commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to convey financial information to audiences of all levels The Interview Process Telephone call with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner1st stage online interview with the APAC Managing Director and the Group Financial Controller Final stage online interview with our CFO.
