V Connect Community Care is a growing NDIS provider that seeks to provide genuine and quality support and services to its participants.
We are looking at growing our business and are looking for a new Customer Relationship Specialist to lead business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead business development opportunities proactively
- Outsourcing and contacting potential clients within the sector and arranging meetings
- Manage promotional events
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their representatives, internal and external stakeholders, key personnel within the NDIS, and other government agencies
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational and administrative systems and procedures to support the effective management and monitoring of highquality service delivery
- Ensure feedback from clients is sought and acted upon to improve service provision and recommend and implement changes to services as appropriate
- Proactive engagement with regulator functions and processes and attendance at NDIS / Selection Criteria
- Be able to work with KPIs and targets
- Converting leads into prospects
- Consulting with cold and warm leads to provide advice and solutions to participants and help them understand the NDIS process
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1year experience within the NDIS industry in a similar role or have significant experience as either an NDIS Support Coordinator, NDIS Local Area Coordinator, or NDIS Plan Manager and now looking to segue into a Customer Relationship Specialist role.
- Selfmotivated & a gogetter
- You enjoy working with participants to deliver an exceptional sales experience
- This role is based on building relationships with industry contacts as well as participants, advocates, families, and carers looking for services
- Exceptional communication skills you're a natural communicator and empathetic towards our participants & their families
- Knowledge of NDIS practice standards, developing and implementing of tailoredcare plans
- Highlevel consultation skills
- Due to the nature of the role, traveling will be required, and therefore current driver's license is mandatory.
- With valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

From $30.00 per hour
