About the opportunity


As a full-time, Maintenance Scheduler and Planner, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have enquiries.

Your role will be to ensure that products and services are delivered to customers in a safe and timely manner.


Primarily your main duties will involve:

  • Delivering a professional customer experience
  • Communicating queries and requests to the relevant people (internally and externally)
  • Maintaining a service schedule; daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Sourcing labour
  • Arranging and making travel bookings
  • Coordinating all aspects of part orders, including quoting and freight bookings
  • Documenting activities and client services

About You
Ideally, you will have a mechanical or technical mindset and have worked in a coordination or scheduling role previously. You will have an eye for detail, like to multitask, and enjoy providing great customer service.
