Our client is a leader within their industry (manufacturing and distribution) across Australia and New Zealand, and are looking for a well-organized, diligent, and dynamic Graduate Accounts payable officer to join their team immediately with long-term career potential.
They are looking for a well-organized, diligent, and dynamic Accounts Payable professional to join their finance team in a permanent role.
This role is suited for someone who is passionate about accounts payable, motivated, and can successfully work individually, or in a team.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced accounts payable division.
The role also entails covering administration duties- Reconciliations of creditor statements
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Process a high volume of invoices
- Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks, as required, for all accounts payable processes.
