Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

In this role, you will get to:

Configure, setup and maintain Workday Integrations with third-party which includes inbound and outbound integrations including studio integrations
Design and develop transformations for EIBs and core connectors with data transformation and encryption
Configure and maintain encryptions for inbound and outbound integrations and cloud connects for thirdpartly payroll
Load and extract compensation related data using EIBs
Make educated design and configuration decisions based in existing Workday architecture

Let's talk about your capability and experience

Must have extensive work experience in Workday Integrations Core, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect for thirdparty payroll such as Preceda, PICOF to PECI transformation, Report Writer & Calculated Fields, BIRT Report Layout Design, Core HCM and Absence Management
Experience working on Report Writer & Calculated Fields and Creation of Advanced reports, Matrix Reports and report templates using BIRT
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Workday Scorecards and Dashboards
Exceptional communication skills with the abiltiy to manage onshore and offshore stakeholder relationships
Must have Workday HCM certifications from Workday Inc
