- 3 days a week permanent part time from 9am to 5pm (22.5 hours)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new therapists, including the relevant compliance and ongoing requirements under Home Care Package (HCP) legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Included but not limited to:
- Assisting in the TCMM recruitment process
- Overseeing the induction of new TCMM team members
- Quality checking of treatment notes, SOAP and Health forms
- Compliance for team members and HCP Partner companies
- Point of contact for the TCMM Support Office staff
- Involvement in regular team meetings
- Wellness calls and checks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma of Remedial Massage or Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy (preferred)
- Nursing/Allied Health/Aged Care experience would be ideal

- Proven experience as a massage therapist or similar profession
- A confident, personable approach and strong listening skills
- A fast learner who shows initiative and the ability to adapt
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail and strong administrative abilities
- Prior experience in a training capacity or similar role desirable
