The opportunity:


Our client is an established new home builder, and they are growing their display home portfolio They are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join their Sales team within the South-West Sydney Region based near Leppington.


This role would suit a professional, passionate and driven individual who has a natural knack for sales in the new House & Land Packages industry.

It's a great opportunity to get into the booming housing market


The positions main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain customers while providing a first-class service
  • Welcome potential clients to our display home
  • Management of phone, web and facetoface enquires in a timely manner
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner
  • Create and maintain a sales call plan
  • Understand the needs and requirements of each client
  • Generate, follow up and convert potential sales leads
  • Qualify leads and book appointments with clients
  • Being able to read plans and understand council regulations
  • Understand the client's needs and requirements
  • Preparing sales materials for new House & Land Packages
  • Prepare Tenders
  • Sales Administration duties/tasks as required

Does this sound like you?

  • Ability to work 5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Strong sales experience with Home/Residential Sales is essential
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Strong work ethic, resultdriven, customer focus and cando attitude
  • Solid organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
