About the role:

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver high quality analysis that offers actionable insights / recommendations to positively impact Business Digital success metrics (e.g. digital sales, app starts, digital selfservice adoption)
At a high level, size opportunities, benefits and costs associated with recommendations to ensure initiatives are prioritised according to business priorities
Keep up to date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity

Skills and Experience Required:

Preferred Experience

Working experience in a highly analytical role in the digital space
Understands a variety of data sets (e.g. web, customer, sales)
Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
Financial Services experience desirable
Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and data driven

Essential capabilities

Use knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise the website.
Work with agile methodologies to support the team.
Maintain AEM CMS copy consistency.
Work closely with corporate stakeholders, channels, projects and management to deliver copy to requirements.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking direction to complete overall objective
