The Accounts and Office Assistant is to handle the accounts receivable function, administrative duties and organise everyday office tasks.Some of which are listed below:
Accounts Receivable
- Accounts receivable function and report on aged receivables
- Monthly statements to debtors
- Process customer payments received
- Update debtor account and Insider's information
- Assist debtors with account queries.
- Point of Sale daily reconciliation and banking
- Investigate and resolve irregularities or enquiries.
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices to statement
