We are an industry-leading and innovative company providing traffic control, labour hire, planning, cranes and various other construction services and tradesmen.


We are a well-established National Company and is rapidly expanding across Australia Located In Keilor Park we are looking for a Traffic Operations Manager to join our team.

This role is suited to someone looking for a challenging, with a high level of accountability for the delivery of our operational services, maintaining our obligations and supporting our clients.

Responsible for all aspects of traffic management planning in accordance with legislation, company-specific policies and procedures and relevant Standards for a broad range of clients and environments.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • This position will be challenging, with a high level of accountability for the delivery of our operational services, maintaining our standards supporting our clients.
  • Working with multiple Tier 1 clients across constantly developing major projects
  • You will be a key driver of company culture and Safety will always be the key objective for you and your teams.
  • Manage MOA and permit approvals with Vic Roads and relevant government bodies
  • Design and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs & TGSs) for sites that require traffic management

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification in Traffic Management Planning (RIICWD503D) or able to pass course within two months of employment
  • Experience in Rapid plancreating Traffic Guidance Schemes
  • Experience developing Traffic Management Plans
  • Preferred but willing to train
  • Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Understanding of Australian Standard
  • AS & Code of Practice.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Highlevel communication skills and extremely customerfocused.
  • Work within a Team Environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the relevant Austroads and Australian Standard documents;
  • Proficiency swept path software
  • Desirable but not essential as training available
  • Highly motivated to continue pushing the existing growth in the company.
