What you'll be doing


Supporting the Director of Nursing and Midwifery in the efficient running of this Directorate and working aside other Executive Assistants in the District Office.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support to executive and/or management, including managing multiple diaries and business records.
  • Proven exceptional customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of individuals and organisations, including contractors and vendors.
  • Experience in recording and tracking of highlevel issues to completion and management in an electronic filing system, such as TRIM.
