Key responsibilities of the role include:

Managing our central lead and data base system
Guiding clients through the exciting journey of home building
Inspiring potential clients to build with the Sarah Homes
Producing and presenting estimates
Taking accurate design briefs
Presenting floorplans
Presenting and signing building contracts
Work at the various display villages on a rostered basis

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including both verbal and written)
Welldeveloped organisational and time management skills
Client focussed
Strong work ethic and selfmotivated
Computer literacy will be an asset
