Reporting to the Team Leader, Enquiries and Complaints, this role will support the licensing functions and front-line services in the LHA Licensing Team.

As a front-line professional response person, this role is vital as the first point of contact to LHA.


The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria.

LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).


About the role


Reporting to the Team Leader, Enquiries and Complaints, this role will support the licensing functions and front-line services in the LHA Licensing Team.

As a front-line professional response person, this role is vital as the first point of contact to LHA.


The Enquiries Officer is responsible for managing predominately inbound calls providing a high quality and a timely diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Authority, with a primary focus on operational support for general business functions plus specific projects.

The Enquiries Officer will manage a wide variety of matters and must be able to quickly identify issues and either resolve or triage to the appropriate business area.

This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
