The role

  • Assist with office administration for staff
  • Manage the key register
  • Liaise and coordinate with contractors
  • Handle all incoming calls and delegate them to the appropriate person
  • Database management
  • Assist with the property listing and sale process and preparation
  • Filtering and managing website enquiries
  • Prepare marketing material if required


  • Monday

  • Friday 5pm finish
