The role
- Assist with office administration for staff
- Manage the key register
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors
- Handle all incoming calls and delegate them to the appropriate person
- Database management
- Assist with the property listing and sale process and preparation
- Filtering and managing website enquiries
- Prepare marketing material if required
- Monday
- Friday 5pm finish
