Our client is a Locally Owned Geelong Stonemasonry Business, they are the preferred supplier of granite, stone and marble bench tops for many builders, architects, developers, cabinet makers and owner builders in our region.


Job Summary

We are seeking a Full time Stonemason to join their business to fabricate and install stone bench tops in the factory and/or onsite.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Cut, shape, polishing of engineered stone, granite, marble
  • Use of handheld tools and machinery
  • Responsible for the manufacturing of stone benchtops
  • Able to read plans
  • General labouring tasks
  • Keep a safe and tidy workplace.

Qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience in stonemasonry
  • Ability to produce high quality work.
  • Good team and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Basic maths and numeric skills
  • Physically fit and capable
  • Punctual, reliable and hardworking
  • White Card
  • Driver's License
