Position:
Strata Manager (Immediate start available with a very reputable firm)


Remuneration:
$110,498 including superannuation


Location:
Surry Hills


Work model:
Full time in office first 3 to 6 months then 3 days' work from home/2 days' work from home

Portfolio size: 58 buildings - some mixed use, predominately residential


Position Overview


Delivery of high service and risk minimisation to allocated portfolio of strata & community title schemes, and BMCs in accordance with relevant legislation, the Agency Agreement and other legal obligations.


Qualifications and Skills
 Strata Managing Agents License

 Proactive approach to problem solving

 Outstanding Client service, negotiation, mediation

 Highly organised with effective time management

 Written & spoken communication


Salary:
From $110,498.00 per year
