About the Centre/Service
A newly established EYM in Ringwood.


Description
A perfect opportunity to get back into the workforce or restore some work/life balance. Work with a small team in a newly established Early Years Manager based in Ringwood.

  • Parttime based at Ringwood Head Office.
  • Experience would be favourable in EnrolNow but training can be provided
As the enrolments officer you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the EnrolNow software
  • Uploading and communication with Department of Education relating to KIM system
  • Have knowledge of DE approved timetable models and work with EY Advisor/Kindergartens on finalising timetable schedules
  • Knowledge of priority of access, ESK requirements and School Readiness Funding

To be suitable for this position you must:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in a Kindergarten or EYM setting.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Department of Education's KIM system
  • Be able to work in a small team and work to concrete deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with parents and staff.
  • Competency in Excel and Word.
  • Be organised and able to work independently.
  • Valid
    WWCC and police check also required.
