Company Overview:

Emanate Technology has partnered with a Government Agency in search of a CRM Developer. This role is pivotal within a major program that will deliver new services using cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and bespoke web apps.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a CRM Developer to work within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centered solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with other developers and the platform architect to build technical capability to a high standard, employing agile delivery and DevOps principles.
Key Requirements:

Provide Dynamics CRM-specific recommendations for the solution.
Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems, and document relevant issues.
Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required.
Work closely with team members and contribute to team process and skill improvements.
Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline.

Experience Required:

Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or applicable industry certifications.
Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies:

Configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service
Extending and automating D365 using:
Power Automate, business process flows, business rules
JavaScript, plugins
Functions apps/Logic apps/Canvas apps
Consuming Web APIs
Demonstrated skills and experience in:
Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Communication at the technical, business, and personal levels (both written & verbal)
Experience working in a team or organization using agile principles, practices, or frameworks (i.e. Scrum).

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines.
Experience building web apps with ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
