The Opportunity:

As a Cadet Designer, you will join a close-knit team of well-rounded design drafters and engineers, and provide designs and technical input on a variety of exciting projects across different sectors.

Design of structural, mechanical, and piping systems using both 2D and 3D software.
Prepare general arrangements, piping layouts, and piping isometrics.
Prepare tank and pressure vessel general arrangement and detailed design drawings.
Prepare structural framing plan, sections, and details drawings.
Prepare P&IDs and PFDs.

About You:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is currently studying, or has recently completed their relevant studies in mechanical design and wants to begin their career

Basic exposure/experience with 2D and 3D CAD packages.
Currently studying, or recently completed relevant studies in mechanical design (i.e. TAFE Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering).
A positive attitude and the desire to learn from industry professionals.
