Betta Auto Hire have been hiring Vehicles in the Redlands for over twenty years. We are a family owned and operated automotive rental company. Our wide range of modern vehicles hired to both private and corporate clients.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for the smooth handover and return of vehicles to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Opening and closing rental agreements.
  • Ensure customer rental agreements are completed accurately using Rental Car. manager program.
  • Selling additional over the counter rental products.
  • Ensure fleet integrity including: fleet maintenance schedule is maintained, managing. Vehicle damage.
  • Assisting in the delivery of Vehicles to our Customers.

Qualifications & experience

  • Have a current unrestricted drivers licence.
  • Experience in customer service/sales would be beneficial, but not essential. Training provided.
  • Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude willing to attempt any task at hand, while delivering superior customer service.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work outdoors with the ability to multitask and be highly organised.
  • Experience with RCM (Rental Car Manager) not essential, full training provided.
  • The business operates seven days per week, must be available to work weekends when required.

Salary:
$ $29.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 38 per week
