Due to a significant growth in revenues, a corporate service firm is now looking for a
Bookkeeper and Office Executive.
As the
Office Executive you will be supporting the management structure and as the
Bookkeeper, the accounts department.
Depending on your bookkeeping experience, you could be involved with:
Assisting the financial controller and senior bookkeeper:
Various accounting reports:
- **Payroll and Superannuation
- Workforce 200+ staff**:
Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Bank Reconciliations:

Matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Dockets, and Invoices
Depending on your office & administration experience, you could be involved with:
Scheduling of meetings and venue bookings:
Support to individual managers:

Assisting HR functions:

Assisting recruitment functions:
-
Involved in hiring processes and talent searching:
Ordering of office inventory
Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
