Description

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to help us make contact with existing clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

Record all customer contacts in the database
Effectively dealing with all interactions with a positive, thoughtful and knowledgeable approach.
Escalate or Respond to customer contacts received by the business

Skills & Experience

Experience in Food industry is an advantage

Experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication
The ability to be confident in making decisions based on information provided
Have clear telephone communication skills, quick to learn, positive minded and solutions focussed.
Full training, support and direction will be provided
Previous experience solving problems in a customer relation type environment.
