Join Team Global Express - Empowering Agile Excellence as a Scrum Master

Your Role:
As a Scrum Master at Team Global Express, you will:

  • Lead the feature scrum team in embracing Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Promote selforganization within the feature scrum and development teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve impediments, providing coaching and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Help the teams to fill gaps in the Agile framework and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the development process.
  • Foster higher levels of scrum maturity within the feature scrum team.
  • Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and capacity planning to optimize team performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the delivery cycle, reporting on progress and managing vendors.
  • Collaborate with the testing team to ensure quality through appropriate testing methodologies.
  • Maintain solution documentation and follow Team Global Express IT release management processes.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience on a feature scrum team.
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of techniques to bridge gaps within the feature scrum.
  • Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies and successful Agile techniques.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fastchanging environment.
  • Selfmotivation and focus amidst distractions.
  • Knowledge of mainstream AWS services, infrastructure, and CI/CD practices (preferred).
  • Familiarity with transport management systems and supply chain logistics (desired, but not mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
