THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME ROLE BASED IN MELBOURNE

Paramount Brand Studio is a premium integrated marketing solutions team within the Paramount ANZ business.

This full-service business is purpose-built to help clients create innovative brand partnerships and activations across the Paramount portfolio of brands, including 10, Nickelodeon, 10 Peach, 10 Play and Paramount +.

Paramount Brand Studio will unlock integration opportunities and create innovative brand partnerships to deliver the greatest effect and best in market experience for our clients using the full Paramount eco system.

As the Brand Partnership Manager, you will have a strategic focus responsible for driving premium revenue with a lens on tent pole programs such as 'MasterChef', 'Survivor', 'HYBPA?' and 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here'


Functions will also include:

Responding to client briefs with creative, insight led solutions
Developing best in class presentations and delivering these presentations confidently both internally (in sales meetings) and externally (to clients and media agencies)
Engaging with internal stakeholders to develop a well thought through, strategic approach to support the response to brief
Working cohesively with broadcast, digital and production teams covering all aspects and platforms for responses to briefs as well as proactive work
Working closely with the platform sales team to identify areas for premium growth specifically within tent pole properties
Pricing for tent pole programs, schematics, renewal positions for key programs, short term packages and flyers as well as working with the national sales team on rate queries for properties to ensure the category is commercialised to its full potential
Providing clear feedback to the Paramount Brand Studio team on the results of all partnerships and contributing to solutions for any limiting factors
Overseeing implementation and excellent service throughout campaigns
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, media agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients
