A rare opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative Digital Content Producer to join our team.


In this role you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our website by creating and implementing user-centric, innovative digital solutions that align with website best practice.


The role includes:

  • Working with various stakeholders across the University to understand their digital needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing digital solutions that align with those goals
  • Writing and editing high quality digital content
  • Producing styled web pages, campaign pages and microsites that focus on performance, SEO and accessibility and are in line with the University's style guide.
  • Assisting with training and onboarding website publishers and approvers across the University
  • Maintaining and enhancing our suite of user training guides and resources to assist website publishers
  • Assisting with various aspects of the UX design and research process as required
  • Providing technical support to various stakeholders across the University.


You will inspire us with your strong relationship management skills, experience with web content production, experience with digital technologies (including a working knowledge or HTML and CSS) and your background in Web Design, Digital Marketing, eCommerce or a related field.

A can-do attitude is a must. You will be part of a progressive and specialised team that works in an agile environment.

What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $82707- $91259 p.a. +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.


  • Demonstration of working on a number of competing priorities and projects across and within a dynamic and fast paced digital and/or marketing team.
  • Demonstrated experience in the production of user centric digital experiences for consumption by a wide range of personas on the web, along with experience in the build and execution of web projects within an enterprise level content management system.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an interdisciplinary way of working.
