Skills and Attributes Required:

Self driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
Excellent time management skills
Ability to negotiate
An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
A successful work history (3 references)
Car and license for Client interactions

Responsibilities:

Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market
Use a variety of sources from inhouse database, social media and advertising
Building longlasting Client relationships with a variety of different sized Companies
Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver recruitment solutions
Create ownership over your own business
Stay up to date with changes in your market and industry
